Traffic ticked up right around #AnnComm16, and though it dipped, it hasn’t dipped that far. Kindred spirits report increased traffic too. Clearly a few of us are tapping into something. What are you seeing out there? What should we be focusing on? Contact me.
This piece is obviously not written about our ancient and honorable fraternity, but there is still a warning here for Masons. Remember that the types of folks who want to “help” the frats at your local college are the same types of folks who run the Grand Lodge (mostly).
The war on fraternities is also a good study of how the Left operates to undermine traditional institutions. It used to be that frats were self-funded, independent organizations. In many cases, they operated off campus to avoid trouble with college authorities. Those Penn State frats, for example, are off-campus in privately owned houses. This arms-length relationship started to end when colleges “offered” to help the frats collect dues and enforce their rules. Fraternity payments became a part of the tuition bill.
What was pitched as a goodwill gesture to help fraternities, quickly turned into a beachhead for Progressive nutters to impose their rules. The Prog mind always seeks to first gain entry into the organization. From there, they begin to agitate for changes that open the door for their coreligionists. In the case of fraternities, they imposed rules on how the frats select members and maintain discipline. Colleges are now beginning the process of forcing fraternities to admit women, thus eliminating their reason to exist.

You have to go back.
You need to do it soon. Political disagreements are now turning violent. The cold civil war is heating up. You can blame the God-Emperor if you want, but his election is only a symptom of a deeper malaise. So let’s talk about America, what it is and what it is not.
It is not a “melting pot.” Do you even know whence that phrase came? Propaganda.
It is not a proposition nation. Have you heard that term before? Propaganda.
America is more than an “economy.” I’m glad – on an individual basis – that someone may find success and happiness here. But you can’t bring everyone with you, and it is not a job site for the rest of the world.
But what will happen? Crisis? Upheaval? We will survive (without you). So much of our wealth is illusory, and it’s not even that if repatriation is on the table. It become mal-investment on an unbelievable scale.
Stuff may cost more. That’s okay. Housing will be cheaper. Companies will fold due to lack of workers. Jobs will pay more. Maybe more women will stay home with their kids. That’s not a bad thing. It’s the most important thing a woman can do. More moms at home? Good for the family.
And you Boomer fucks will have to realize that your house isn’t worth $900,000 anymore. No, you weren’t savvy investors after all. You just bought and held while you gave out cheap credit to the credit-unworthy, pricing your children out of the markets by importing your slave class. Did we already tell you not to let the door hit you on the way out? Falling home prices? Good for the consumer.
Record numbers of real American men are dropping out of the workforce. Few talk about this. Wages are flat, and we prop ourselves up with debt. Normally I don’t look at the economy as a zero-sum game, but to fix it we may need to pick winners and losers. If we do, I choose my tribe. I don’t mean anything racial by that; blacks are still Americans. But I do mean culture. Heritage America is more important than the globohomo crowd. Charles Murray chronicles this in his book, Coming Apart.
But this grand experiment in Self-Government, what has been rightly called an extension of the Anglo-Saxon project, is much more than idea or a concept. America is my home. It is my birthright. It is not yours.
You have to go back.
No, I’m not talking about TO Lodges.
I had high hopes for that trend, but I’m fairly disappointed with what I see. Mostly fat guys who want to have steak at dinner (admittedly a step up from most Masonic cuisine), talk about scotch, and wear white tie (even if they don’t wear it properly or well). Have those vests altered guys…
I appreciate formality, but I think we can reintroduce a more formal tone into our lodges without chartering new ones. We have too many lodges already. And it only takes one or two slobs to take the mysterious veneer off of a TO lodge. And a TO lodge has one job!
So start fashion-shaming those boomer cucks in your blue lodge! They already gave away the estate. The least they can do is look dignified while the ship sinks. Tell them to put on a jacket at least. Tell your incoming JWs to buy a tailcoat, tie and vest (properly altered!). In two years, at least your dais officers will look better.
A friend happened across an interesting paper recently, which was authored by Freemasonry’s own Woodrow Wilson, John Cooper, PGM (at the time of writing, he was still the Grand Secretary). In it he describes, with a large measure of honesty, the history of foreign-language lodges in our once great state. Years after most of these early lodges consolidated with their English speaking brethren, some Grand Masters decided to encourage the formation of new foreign
language lodges. The results were less than hoped for. But MW Cooper’s research is interesting nonetheless. But read the whole thing. An excerpt:
In the case of the French-speaking and German-speaking community, as well as the Italian-speaking community, the desire for the formation of a lodge working in those languages was truly a “grass roots” movement. The same thing can be said about a Spanish-speaking lodge, although for the first thirty years of the existence of Maya Lodge No. 793, there was no expressed desire to work in Spanish. Then – in 2004 – the impetus for new foreign-language lodges came from the Grand Master. This was a result of a recognition that California had become a multi-lingual state, and that the creation of lodges working in languages other than English would be desirable. The result has not been particularly good. Although we now have an additional lodge working in Spanish, and a lodge partially working in Armenian, neither lodge has exhibited the strength that a new lodge should have demonstrated. The slowness with which Ararat Lodge No. 848 has progressed toward the translation of the ritual into Armenian is an example of the rather lukewarm reception that an Armenian-speaking lodge has had within the Armenian-speaking community, and the similar slowness with which Panamericana Lodge No. 513 has progressed in obtaining new Spanish-speaking members is an example of the difficult of a “top-down” approach to the creation of foreign-language lodges in California.
Again we see the Mason (Kirkpatrick and his predecessor, not Cooper) so eager to be lauded for his commitment to diversity, that he embarks upon a quest to establish foreign-language lodges.
Adam Smith had some things to say about central planning of this sort.
The man of system, on the contrary, is apt to be very wise in his own conceit; and is often so enamoured with the supposed beauty of his own ideal plan of government, that he cannot suffer the smallest deviation from any part of it. He goes on to establish it completely and in all its parts, without any regard either to the great interests, or to the strong prejudices which may oppose it. He seems to imagine that he can arrange the different members of a great society with as much ease as the hand arranges the different pieces upon a chess-board. He does not consider that the pieces upon the chess-board have no other principle of motion besides that which the hand impresses upon them; but that, in the great chess-board of human society, every single piece has a principle of motion of its own, altogether different from that which the legislature might chuse to impress upon it. If those two principles coincide and act in the same direction, the game of human society will go on easily and harmoniously, and is very likely to be happy and successful. If they are opposite or different, the game will go on miserably, and the society must be at all times in the highest degree of disorder.
Now we won’t be too harsh on anyone today. Their intentions were no doubt good, even if not all of us agree with the stated goals. But we thank MW Cooper for his scholarship.
Grand Lodge members arranged fake protests for the World Conference.
Who would have guessed that members of the general public weren’t outraged by a group they know nothing about? If you haven’t read the latest from Masonictruths.com, you need to.
You really need to.
The sad part is that this insight points to two possibilities: our elected leadership were either duped by the stunt, or they are in on the game. Which one is worse? My cynical side tells me that they are all in on it, gradually leading the rest of us (racist, sexist, homophobe deplorables from the hinterlands) to their version of utopia. I guess the modus operandi for the Grands these days is a big, fat spoonful of Tikkun Olam. Perhaps we should relocate the Grand Lodge in Fresno.
At #AnnComm16, we heard that we were close to losing all sorts of money, because our business partners would cut ties with us (if we didn’t cut ties to GA and TN). So, if the story is true, that means our own Grand Lodge people were willing to ruin us financially if we didn’t get on board with their Social Justice Warrior crusade. That sounds a bit like Disney refusing your money if you don’t want to see the gay scene in their new Beauty and the Beast.
That also sounds like grounds for a Masonic investigation.
I have been concerned for awhile now about the very hands-off approach of the Grand Lodge to the various ethnic factions currently “rejuvenating” our old lodges. We can only hope all lodges get to experience such enrichment. In lamenting one of their kills, I wrote:
“The Grand Lodge is well aware of what is happening. They are watching, but they can’t do anything. They are constrained by:
- A belief in “equality,” which they interpret as sameness (and not as equal [only] in God’s eyes).
- A belief that simply living in America will be enough for foreigners to eschew tribal/racial politics.
- A belief that failing to believe 1 and 2 makes them racist.”
I stand by all of these remarks. I also understand the desire of The Grand Lodge to remain hands off, even though deep down in their hearts, they know that all is not well. They see it every time a lodge adds “Sublime” to their name…so to speak. Brothers in the Bay Cities will get the joke. But what to do to contain the problem? I have a few ideas on that, but the point of this post is to encourage our leaders to act sooner rather than later. Specific actions are worthy of discussion, but the time has come, whatever they may be.
We know that our lodges have been caught unawares in the past, blind to the threat posed when large numbers of visitors start appplying for membership. I had hoped that once the trend was spotted, brothers would act to protect our lodges. You would think Californians would be especially cognizant of such trends. Since the enrichment continues, clearly I was mistaken. I think too few brothers are willing to confront the tribal variable at work. For the most part, American Masons don’t get involved in identity politics. We don’t like factions, and certainly not factions based on your tribe. Because we don’t do it, and (white) Americans in general don’t get involved in identity politics, we assume our new residents (wanting to be American) will give up tribal politics. But that’s all bunk; we just don’t see it. Our antennas are not tuned to that frequency, so we can’t even pick up the signal. Only Deplorables scan the airwaves for that sort of thing.
But Deplorable we are, and the national drama preceding and following the recent election of the God-Emperor shows us that identity politics are here to stay (unless we return to pre-1965 demographics). So we will notice, and we will call a spade a spade. Once properly attuned, the contemplative Mason will gain an entirely new perspective on the state of the Craft in California. It’s like the scene in the Matrix, “Why do my eyes hurt?”
“You’ve never used them before.”
1. Stop being cucks. You are giving away the estate, and you are salting the earth that future generations will plant. The house divided will not stand. Stop interfering with Lodges that are taking action.
2. Suspend charters. When a lodge has been “enriched” to the point that it becomes toxic, remove it. Seize their assets and declare them irregular. It’s not personal. There are too many Lodges anyway, for so few Masons. If you have read my previous posts, you will be surprised that I am proposing such authoritarian action by the Grand Lodge. But for every thing there is a season. Even our long-dead federal Constitution, that “charter of negative liberties,” esteemed by Masons, has a provision for Marshal Law.
3. Hunt down and expel the Snakes. We began to do this a few years ago. The work is not done.
4. Refuse them entry. Let them charter their own, clandestine lodges.
5. Give up your political correctness. This may mean giving up your allegiance to many of the old shibboleths (heh) which have proved harmful: “diversity is our strength.” No brother; that’s a lie. Diversity + Proximity = War.
Attendees to Annual Communication were treated to an accounting of GM Perry’s actions relative to the Grand Lodges of Tennessee and Georgia earlier in the year. If you missed it, you can read about it here. Interesting side note: the Grand Lodges of both jurisdictions upheld their Grand Masters’ actions.
After his report, Grand Master Perry made a motion to continue the suspension of recognition until such time as the Grand Lodges of TN and GA fall into lock step with the Narrative of The Current Year, or something. And what was the result? It passed. And then…
A standing ovation. Spontaneous, thunderous applause.
How very brave. When the world came to demand that you disavow your brothers, you capitulated. No; capitulation is perhaps too strong. This was as practical as it was political. The decision bothers me less than the response.
It was disappointing to see 1,400 Masons jump to their feet, so eager to virtue-signal, to once again congratulate themselves on their enlightened tolerance, rather than what the decision should have aroused: lamentation.
A lament dear brother. That is the proper reply to a wayward brother from whom you dissociate, called by your conscience. What now? That “unbroken bond, ‘twixt you and me,” is cut. Perhaps it shall be mended one day. But I saw a room full of brothers, quick to rub their virtue in the faces of those deemed less enlightened than they. That is not a cause for celebration. That is not tolerance.
Needless to say, we (and likely many Masons outside of San Francisco) are excited about the Ascension of God-Emperor Trump. If you’re wondering about that term, see Milo.
If you have wondered about why some of your brothers are happy when they should be sad, sad when they should be happy, and why they are working themselves into fits over President-elect Trump, this excerpt may be helpful. Remember, many of our brothers need to virtue-signal to feel good about themselves. It helps them cope, because deep down, they know they have sold their birthrights and those of their children…
The below was copied from the comment section at Vox Day’s blog. It is NSFW, and contains a few crude terms. But we don’t shy away from rough-hewn phrases. What are you, a wuss?
Very good primer for understanding the left’s meltdown:from Bixxy Noodles on MPCdotforums
Cognitive dissonance is a major problem in our over-SCALEd society. The information control systems (education-media complex) used by our governing order to manage the people and keep them in line lead directly to the people adopting a lot of conflicting and wrong beliefs in order to adapt to the system and get by. The indoctrination of these conflicting beliefs happens mostly in education, while the purpose of the major media has been to reinforce them via “the narrative” and provide a vehicle for the management of any cognitive dissonance which does arise.
This election has been a case study in this dynamic. The regnant orthodoxy demands that its partisans believe all sort of incompatible and false things: everyone is equal except white males, faggotry is normal and healthy while traditional marriage is rape, debt is money, and way too many other examples to list. Because of the constant, competing cognition these nonsensical and contradictory beliefs generate, the people who hold them are in a nearly constant state of emotional disequilibrium. They are temperamentally brittle, and easily perturbed into emotional outbursts as their cognitive dissonance essentially causes their brains to lock up and blue screen.
The old media narrative control system evolved specifically to mitigate this problem. By dramatically narrowing the Overton Window and ruthlessly deprecating everything outside of it, the amount of contradictory stimulus and information generating dissonance was reduced. They also provided mantras as tools for people to use to insulate themselves from dissonance: extremist!, racist!, conspiracy theory!, dangerous!, insane!, etc.
The advent of the internet undermined and routed around this control and management system, to the point where, in The Current Year, the only people still using the old media are the ones who need it most to manage their dissonance problems.
